Hi there. My name is Sylvia Baago, born Watkins. I was born in Cardiff, Wales. I am a descendant of Charlotte Crockett Gough. My great grandfather (paternal) was Charles Crockett, of Pontypridd, Wales. I think Charlotte was either his sister or his aunt. Charles Crockett had several children: Arthur Crockett (my great uncle) and Emma Jane Crockett (Arthur's sister and my paternal grandmother. Emma Jane married William Watkins (my grandfather) and had five children. Arthur had several daughter, no sons, so the Crockett name died out on this branch of the family. They originally came from Monmouthshire (Wales), near Usk. They moved to Pontypridd to work in the coal mines.
